CHILD Fellowship
Become a CHILD Fellow.
Some of the most creative people we know already have a job. This is where they build the other thing they care about.
The Fellowship, so far
A small circle, growing deliberately.

What is the CHILD Fellowship
We're not hiring full-time. We're building something bigger than a company — a movement to help adults recover the creative thinking patterns they've unlearned. That kind of work needs believers, not just employees.
- Working somewhere else, full-time or otherwise
- Genuinely pulled toward Creative Thinking, the CHILD Framework, and the idea that adults can think like children again
- Willing to give a few hours a week — not a resignation letter
The Five Guilds
Every Fellow works inside one of five Guilds, mapped to the five dimensions of the CHILD Framework itself. Take CHILDex and it will tell you which one already fits you.
Curiosity Guild
Research, essays, newsletter, interviews
Heuristics Guild
Site development, CHILDex logic, systems & tools
Imagination Guild
Visual design, video, social creative, the CHILD Kit
Laconic Guild

Two ways to be a Fellow
Core Fellow
~5 hours a week · ongoing
A real say in direction — a seat at planning conversations, full public credit here and in what you help create.
Contributing Fellow
Task by task · whenever you have time
Pick something up from the board, do the work, get credit for it. No ongoing commitment — many Core Fellows started here.
What Fellows get
Public credit
Your name, role and Guild live on this site; byline credit on what you help create.
Early access
Free or early entry to CHILDex Pro, the Masterclass, and the CHILD Kit.
A real reference
From Gaurav Yadav directly, usable on LinkedIn or anywhere else.
First look at paid roles
Not promised — but if the ecosystem grows into revenue, Fellows are first in line.
A portfolio piece, no corporate ceiling
Build, write or design something that’s actually yours.
Apply to the Fellowship
We read every application ourselves. If it's a fit, the next step is a small trial task — not a formal interview.
